New change to chart. Bobby Julich has just confessed. 1998 should now indicate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, dopped.
Convinced more than ever that they should have just let all the results stand. With the UCI turning a blind eye to doping and even being complicit it seems the playing field was pretty level.
